Challenge
Finding the right supplier and product for an incoming purchase request, researching current prices, and preparing a quote all ran by hand over email and spreadsheets; during busy periods a quote could take days to reach the customer.

Solution
We built a system that suggests the right supplier/product once a request comes in and drafts a quote automatically from current pricing. Quote status and follow-up are now handled through automatic notifications.

Result
Quote preparation now runs through a standard flow, and supplier matching no longer needs manual research. The team handles more requests in the same amount of time.
